The more you buy, the more you earn with the Marchon and Altair frame rebate. Available only to PECAA Max members, this tiered rebate program is based on brand and spend requirements, allowing you to earn up to 15% back on all purchases.
Effective January 1, 2026, this frame rebate program applies to all eligible purchases of Marchon and Altair frames for PECAA Max members. Qualify for a new tier based on your Marchon and Altair frame purchases and the brand requirements in the chart shown above.
Yes, this is a combined Marchon / Altair rebate and includes Altair consignment frame brands. Altair will count toward active brands as soon as they are added to inventory. You’ll start earning rebate dollars on consignment frames as they’re purchased by your patients.
As a multilocation practice, if PECAA is your sole buying group affiliation, your brand count is based on the total number of unique brands across all locations. If you belong to multiple buying groups, each location must align PECAA as their primary buying group for their brands to qualify toward your rebate calculation.
The new Marchon and Altair Frame Rebate will be paid out through PECAA’s IncentivEYES® rebate program. Practices should expect to receive their Q1 2026 IncentivEYES® check in July 2026, with a quarterly cadence to follow.
